Bots and agents are everywhere on the consumer web, ordering food for you, sending you reminders, making calendar invites for you, calling you a ride share and doing much more, all for you. We felt enterprises could benefit equally, if not more, from intelligent agents and bots to make interacting with Oracle’s Cloud Services as easy as sending a text or an instant message so we conducted several design jams and hackathons on the topic including test driving one of our bots platforms.
